The Big Bear Cycling Association will be holding it’s second annual open house and expo next week at Nottingham’s restaurant in the village. The BBCA is a non-profit organization open to all disciplines and levels of cycling abilities. They are committed to promoting fun and safe cycling in Big Bear as well as supporting recreational and competitive cycling in the valley and encourage all types of cyclists and all members of the community to join.
This free event will be held on April 24th 2012 at Nottingham’s Restaurant in the Village, from 6 to 9pm. Attendees will be able to sign up or renew their membership with the BBCA. There will be information available on riding the roads and trails of the area and also regarding the BBCA’s schedule of events and activities. These will include things such as educational programs, rider development and also a calander of group and community rides.
Bear Valley Bikes will be attending the event and is proud to work with and support such a great organization. Other organizations in attendance include Mountain Fitness Center, 4 Seasons Coaching & Wellness, Amgen Tour of California, Tour de Big Bear and many others.
